Business Requirement

The Learning and Development Team wanted to drive the organization’s Leadership and Individual Effectiveness Model for the frontline to mid level professionals with the sales and tech-ops streams. The Leadership Imperatives were the organizational Values – the guiding principles and commitments that serve as the foundation for everything they do. As an organization they wanted their employees to imbibe these values while driving success

What we did

  1. I Train created a  customized learning initiative based on the Leadership and Individual Effectiveness Model
  2. The key message behind this program was to help and motivate the participants towards  creating the right mindset that prepares them to drive for results while giving them actionable inputs that help them implement the learning
  3. Mass roll out of the program was facilitated covering more than 600 people in 2014 across 20 different locations PAN India

The Outcome

Participants thoroughly enjoyed the learning experience and were able to take the learning beyond workplace. The activities of the program enabled them to challenge their own mindset and deliver against all odds.  The huge success of the workshops delivered last year has encouraged the Learning and Development Team to conduct the same session once again for the employees who could not be a part of the project last year
