Design a learning experience for the employees of the NGO who work with potential clients to join their program

What we did

The I Train team took a 4 step approach for the delivery of this project:

  • Met with key stake-holders to identify the key objectives
  • Travelled to remote areas of India to understand the needs of potential clients
  • Designed and developed content to be used for internal training
  • Conducted a TTT for the organizations trainers so they could run the workshops internally

The Outcome

As we started from Ground up the program designed  was very effectively aligned to the clients business needs & post TTT’s the organizations trainers were able to successfully & effectively run the program internally.
