Build a culture of ownership and accountability across the organization

What we did

A Build-Operate-Transfer approach was used which included the following:

  • A Visioning Workshop to align the leadership team on the cultural pillar of ownership
  • Design & Delivery of a two day ownership workshop for all Senior Managers
  • Selection of Champions to drive the culture within the 4,000 member team
  • TTT and Certification of Champions
  • 3 Month commitment to support the champions

The Outcome

This project led to opening of communication channels leading to better connect across the focus groups. In the words of their country head, ‘This has brought people together, filled them with energy and commitment like never before.’
