Design and develop a curriculum for the Franchisee Teams operating in global market for a leading QSR. The content was based on the key aspects of effective restaurant operations using a customized operational framework

What we did

  • Designed content spread over 4 days that best explains their global strategies and operational framework
  • Created collaterals and other engagement activities that increased overall workshop experience
  • Supported the first phase of the global roll out to ensure seamless transition from design and develop to delivery

The Outcome

Today, after nearly two and half years, the program has become a mandate for every new join-nee and is part of their induction process.  The seriousness accorded to the project has resulted in the client complaints coming down drastically and business continues to grow
