Team members have been with the organization for a long period of time without any growth. While happy and satisfied with the work environment, team members are not developing despite goals and development plans at the start of the year
What we did
1.Understood the dis-engagement between goals/development plans and team members
2.Created a Goal Setting workshop and designed tools for participants to set their goals in a quantitative and qualitative manner
3.Conducted 24 workshops covering over 400 employees
The workshop brought about a new realization to the management that employees need to make their own goals and managers should only guide and coach them towards it if employees are to be serious about their development. This organization re-looked at their Performance Management System and the ‘Goal Setting’ intervention became a part of the induction package for everybody who joined the organization.
