Ekta started her career with GE Capital which she believes was a stepping stone for her learning and development. She then moved to American Express into facilitation of training workshops on Shareholder, Customer and Employee goals. She was awarded for driving innovation and change, a very prominent Blue Box Value at American Express
She then transitioned to the travel industry and worked with Le Passage to India – TUI as Manager Human resources and Training and development – PAN India. She helped the team develop winning strategies through many soft skills and behavioral trainings. the trainings initiated for all group companies

She is privileged to spearhead the training and development initiative started by IATO – INDIAN ASSOCIATION OF TOUR OPERATORS. The project involves – Training needs analysis for the travel industry, conduct and manage trainings and measure post training effectiveness on a continuous basis for 1500+ organizations that come under the PAN India umbrella.
